Why is it so difficult to change?

Why is it so difficult to change?

The process of change and transformation, of making our behaviors match our intentions, is difficult.

The challenge lies in your ability to bridge the gap between knowledge and experience.

But change isn't as difficult as you might think, if you know how to focus your attention and direct your energy. Your body permanently follows the direction of your mind, as you place your attention on different elements of your external world.

So, it's possible that your body follows your mind to an unfamiliar experience, just as it does to one it's familiar with. If you stay focused on a new future and review it every day, your body follows your mind to this new experience.

When you connect to emotions of unhappiness or fear, which are chemical residues from your past, you draw vital energy from the present moment. Your reality is made up of all the known elements in your life. This includes the physical world, which is made up of things and people, and the inner world, which is made up of thoughts and feelings.

If you keep your attention on the known, you will continue to create more known things in your life.

Emotions are energy in motion and the stronger the emotion, the more attention you pay to the cause.

So, if you withdraw your attention from the negative elements in your life, you begin to weaken your emotional ties and bring your energy back to you.

This interacts with your electromagnetic field, which can be used to design a new destination.

By divesting your energy from areas of your life that are stagnant, you can build your own energy field and create a new future for yourself.

Knowledge is the power you have to change from being the Philosopher to being the Master of your life!
