Your Truth!
In one of my sessions, a client said something that resonated deeply with me:
"Bruna, you always insist that we find our truth."
I held onto that thought in my heart. And in that inner silence, clarity came: yes, that's the foundation of everything in my work — helping you remember who you are, what your truth is.
Throughout my life, like everyone else, I've gone through difficult times. There were phases where I followed what others thought was best for me—advice from friends, family, even experts. And I am deeply grateful for every word, for every gesture of care. But I realized that, even with the best intentions, no one can live my life for me.
It was when I allowed myself to listen to my inner voice —the one that doesn't shout, but whispers firmly—that the paths opened up. When I isolated myself, when I silenced myself inside and out, what emerged was my purest essence . And there, in that space between fear and courage, I discovered my truth.
Each of us is unique. Our DNA is different, and with it come completely distinct emotions, beliefs, values, and worldviews. Therefore, handing over the responsibility for our lives to another person—even if they love us—is an act that distances us from the peace and lightness we so desperately seek.
Society, religion, books, gurus, and even therapists (yes, us!) provide maps. But none of them are your territory.
What is true for you lives within you .
It is this voice that sometimes challenges us to step out of our comfort zone, that asks us for courage , that speaks to us of a version of ourselves that we do not yet know — but that already exists.
When you connect with this truth and embrace it, something magical happens: you align yourself with life.
And in this alignment, you evolve, inspire, and liberate.
This is my purpose.
That's why I do what I do: to help you reclaim your truth.
And every time a soul meets, more light is lit in this world.
