Stress Addiction

Many people today find themselves in a survival mode, which inevitably leads to stress. This state occurs when the brain and body become unbalanced.
Stress arises when we react emotionally to the external environment, triggering a transformation of energy in the invisible electromagnetic field that surrounds us. This process is fueled by adrenaline, leaving the body constantly stimulated.
Over time, we develop a dependence on sources of stress, keeping this response activated for prolonged periods, which can lead to illness.
The neocortex, the part of our brain responsible for thinking, can perpetuate the stress cycle with the power of our thoughts alone. Literally, our thoughts have the power to affect us physically.
In my Mindfulness sessions, the goal is to shift attention away from external reality and into the information field known as the unified field. This process allows us to experience a greater sense of wholeness as the brain and heart begin to operate in harmony.
The synchronization of the cerebral hemispheres and the union of opposites are known as fullness, or LOVE. In this state, the heart generates a significant magnetic field that makes us feel connected to something greater.
From a quantum perspective, we create a space beyond space and time to manifest our dreams. The key is not to try to predict when or how this will happen, as this belongs to the realm of the unknown.
