2.WHAT DATA DO I SAVE?

I store all the data I need to maintain the relationship I have with customers.

The data ranges from records with full name, email and country to more extensive records, including full names, telephone numbers, home and business addresses, as well as those of dependents.

For tax purposes, if you participate in a class or purchase a product, I will store your identification or Taxpayer number and all the data I need to issue an accurate invoice in all jurisdictions where we operate.

I may store both your shipping address, for product delivery, and your billing address, which can be used to verify your credit card or other payment method.

3.WHY DO I STORE YOUR DATA?

I store your data to provide the services I offer and to fulfill the contractual agreement with our customers.

Personal data is stored to send you information, free samples, products, as well as to inform you about classes and telephone calls. Recordings of classes and telecalls are stored and distributed to allow customers to replay classes or telecalls they participated in.

After these classes and telecalls, the recordings are also transformed into products that are sold in the store.

4. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

My team and I have access to your data so that we can fulfill our contractual agreements with our customers. My team may include the communications and marketing team, my event organizers, administrative team and contractors.

Additionally, outsourced work for special tasks in IT or accounting, for example, sometimes requires me to grant consultants access to your data whenever and wherever necessary to fulfill my legal obligations to authorities or for us to develop and improve our services.
Additionally, (1) Access Consciousness, LLC, 406 Present Street, Stafford, TX 77477, United States of America, (2) Access Consciousness International Limited, 6 Greenview, Riverway, South Douglas Rd., Cork T12 DCR 4, Ireland, and (3) Access Seminars Australia PTY LTD, 55 Lorikeet Drive, Peregian Beach, QLD 4573, Australia, the three parties will be referred to as “Access Consciousness” or the “Companies”, have access to your basic data (in full , email address , physical address, country and phone number) when you sign up for one of my Access Consciousness classes through my website or through www.accessconsciousness.com .
This applies to face-to-face classes (in person), telecalls, online courses , as well as classes offered via audio or video streaming.
Note: Access Consciousness only gets access to your basic data when you sign up for one of the Access Consciousness classes or calls I offer. Access Consciousness does not have access to your contributor.
5. WHO DO I SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

As mentioned above, I share your data with Access Consciousness if you have decided to take an Access Consciousness course.
Access Consciousness is a franchise system that uses a global marketing tool through its website www.accessconsciousness.com.
Note: I do not share your data with facilitators with whom you have taken courses.
Access Consciousness is subject to the same data protection agreement as me. For all customers in Portugal: To comply with all rules and regulations of the “General Data Protection Law” (LGPD), I have added the 9th right in our Data Protection Declaration:
6. HOW LONG IS DATA STORED?
I keep the data stored in case...
-have a relationship as a customer or stakeholder
-I am legally obliged, for tax purposes
-until you unsubscribe or ask for your information to be deleted
7.WHAT DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS DOES THE CUSTOMER HAVE?
The customer has the right to...
-manage your email or paid subscription
-correct any information I have stored
-request details of the data I have stored about you
-request to delete or limit your stored data.

8. ARE CUSTOMERS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR DATA?
Yes, as a customer you must provide the data you need to fulfill your contractual obligations in the different services I offer.
Depending on what you request, we will ask you to provide information that may include your full name, email address and country, as well as data such as full names, telephone number, email address, home and work address, as well as that of dependents.
9.COOKIES, PROFILES AND AUTOMATION
I use cookies to make my website practical and easy to use. A pop-up window will appear when you first visit my website saying that I use cookies and by continuing you agree to the placing of cookies on your computer. In the process, a cookie will be placed on your computer so that the pop-up window does not always appear every time you visit the website.
I do not perform any form of automated profiling. We sometimes look at what topics might be of interest to a customer based on their previous choice of classes or products.
I do not share or sell your data to external agencies. Verification of requirements for advanced classes is processed automatically.
10.WHERE DO I STORE YOUR DATA?
I use several systems to store your data to fulfill my contractual agreement with my clients.
In general, information is stored in cloud services and on computers in the country where I reside, in the United States of America, in the European Union and in Australia.
11.HOW DO I PROTECT YOUR DATA?
The Access Consciousness team, contractors and the external agencies I worked with have all signed NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). They have also been trained in data protection.
Stored data can only be accessed through security-enabled entry points, by users with permission to access the information.
