It is very important to reconnect with our true essence!
To do this, we have to leave our external world, our work, family, routine and friends so that we can delve into ourselves and, thus, understand who we really are, what we like, what makes us feel good and what doesn't. makes us happy.
Having this awareness is the first step towards our evolution and wisdom.
Recognize that what we have experienced so far is no longer beneficial to us, and express the desire to design our future, according to our truth and what makes us feel happiest.
In this retreat, on the 9th and 10th of July, we will work on meditative practices, systemic and family constellations, consult oracles such as MAHA LILAH, Thetahealing, we will have Emotional Dances, everything to encourage our intuition, learn breathing techniques to have more health and deepen more knowledge about science and the unique way in which it already proves what until now was in the realm of spirituality: everything is energy!
And when we talk about spirituality, we are not approaching different religions, but rather the evolutionary path of each one of us to recognize that the future is in our hands to design it!
That we can be lighter and happier, more intuitive and live more in line with the path of the soul, increasingly silencing the ego.
